Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Development and Market Manager to drive growth in Puerto Rico by expanding our client base, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with experience in the telecom, energy, or infrastructure industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand CAT5 Resources Caribbean’s presence in Puerto Rico.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in telecom, utility, and government sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized service solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Work closely with CAT5 Resources and CAT5 Power Solutions to align business strategies and optimize service offerings.
- Represent CAT5 Resources Caribbean at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in telecom, power solutions, or infrastructure.
- Strong network within Puerto Rico’s business, telecom, and government sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel across Puerto Rico as needed.
